IT Manager - Microsoft 365 & System Engineering (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Ensuring stable and secure IT operations with high system availability
Leading and further developing a small IT team including organising user support
Administration and optimisation of IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365 and ERP systems
Leading and actively participating in IT projects as well as in the further development of the system landscape
Responsibility for IT budget, investments and collaboration with higher-level IT units
Qualifications:
Completed IT training, further education or comparable professional experience
At least three years of experience in IT operations or systems engineering with leadership responsibility
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, IT infrastructures and ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
Hands-on mentality, high initiative as well as strong leadership and communication skills
Independent, reliable working style as well as very good German and English skills; French is an advantage
