Architectural Draughtsperson (m/f/d)

For our team in the agricultural construction sector, we are looking for a committed individual who enjoys independent planning, precise 3D modelling, and practical solutions. You will work on a variety of agricultural construction projects – especially barns, operational and utility buildings – from the initial project idea through to execution planning. Your tasks:

• Modelling demanding agricultural construction projects in 3D – from design to execution
• Developing design, building application, execution, and detail plans
• Creating precise plans, lists, and evaluations from the 3D model as a basis for production and construction execution
• Independently coordinating planning tasks and liaising with project development, clients, as well as internal and external specialists
• Implementing project ideas, operational requirements, and customer wishes
• Applying our planning, BIM, and CAD standards and ensuring a clean model and document structure
• Identifying and resolving interfaces and planning risks
• Contributing your own ideas and constructive improvement suggestions

Your profile:

Professional qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as a draughtsperson EFZ specialising in architecture
• Experience in precise and efficient 3D modelling
• Confident handling of outputting plans, lists, and evaluations from the 3D model
• In-depth knowledge of a common CAD or BIM programme
• Understanding of design, building application, and execution planning
• Very good German skills (at least C1, spoken and written)

• Knowledge of ArchiCAD
• Experience in independent planning coordination
• Knowledge of essential planning and construction processes
• Experience with agricultural, barn, or utility buildings

• A structured, careful, and quality-conscious working style
• Solution-oriented, economical, and independent thinking
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Enjoyment in collaborating with various project participants
• Interest in a long-term collaboration with the Strüby companies
