HR Employee 70% (m/f/d)

• Collaboration in HR processes (recruitment, personnel support, employee care, payroll administration, master data maintenance, etc.)
• Active cooperation with the HR department at headquarters
• Co-responsibility / compliance with the staffing plan
• Management of time tracking system, monthly and annual closings (PEP)
• Registrations and deregistrations with authorities and social insurance partners
• Process responsibility for absence management
• Providing evaluations, key figures, and statistics
• Support of management and department heads in administrative matters
• Support in resident administration (telephone/reception)

• Basic training as a commercial clerk EFZ with additional training as a personnel assistant
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable function, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Structured and precise way of working
• Ability to think holistically and networked
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite as well as generally IT-affine (Business Central / Swiss Salary / REXX / Pep / UKA)
• High social competence and service orientation
• Excellent command of German (spoken and written)
• Strong organizational skills
