HR Employee 70% (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Collaboration in HR processes (recruitment, personnel support, employee care, payroll administration, master data maintenance, etc.)
- Active cooperation with the HR department at headquarters
- Co-responsibility / compliance with the staffing plan
- Management of time tracking system, monthly and annual closings (PEP)
- Registrations and deregistrations with authorities and social insurance partners
- Process responsibility for absence management
- Providing evaluations, key figures, and statistics
- Support of management and department heads in administrative matters
- Support in resident administration (telephone/reception)
What You Bring
- Basic training as a commercial clerk EFZ with additional training as a personnel assistant
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable function, preferably in the healthcare sector
- Structured and precise way of working
- Ability to think holistically and networked
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite as well as generally IT-affine (Business Central / Swiss Salary / REXX / Pep / UKA)
- High social competence and service orientation
- Excellent command of German (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational skills
