Business Analyst with Java Development Experience (m/f/d) - Requirements Engineering/IREB/Java/Requirements Analysis/5+ Years Experience

For a client project, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer (925332JP) with IREB certification and a solid background in Java software development. In this role, you analyse and structure business requirements and support their translation into actionable IT solutions. Experience in the police environment as well as with Swiss authorities is an advantage.

Tasks:
- Eliciting, analysing, documenting and validating business and technical requirements
- Coordinating requirements with business units, stakeholders and development teams
- Creating and maintaining requirement specifications as a basis for software development
- Assessing technical feasibility, incorporating your experience as a Java Software Engineer
- Ensuring traceability and quality of requirements as well as managing requirement changes

Requirements:
- IREB certification is mandatory
- At least five years of overall experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer
- At least two assignments as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer within the last five years
- Previous role as a Java Software Engineer with at least three years of professional experience
- Professional experience in the police environment or with Swiss authorities is an advantage

Languages:
- German native speaker/negotiation fluent
- Good language skills (B2) in French are mandatory
