Trainee - Human Resources (m/f/d) Full-time

At LUMEOS, we develop and realise holistic communication solutions – from web design through graphics to content, campaigns as well as photo and video production. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a web & graphic designer who is strong in design and at home both in web and classic graphic design.

Your tasks at LUMEOS

• Design of visual communication media for web, print, social media, presentations, campaigns, mailings, etc.
• Design of websites, landing pages and digital layouts
• Development of visual concepts, page structures and modern web designs
• Implementation of web projects in Wix Studio
• Development and implementation of strong visual concepts, brand appearances and design systems
• Preparation of print data and material selection
• Support in the conception of campaigns and marketing measures.
• Design of social media visuals, digital advertising media and presentations
• Design of print products such as flyers, brochures, advertisements, mailings or posters
• Co-development of creative and visually strong solutions for our customer projects

You bring with you:

• Completed training and/or further education in the field of graphic design, web design, polygraphy, visual design, etc.
• Relevant professional experience in web design and/or graphic design
• A good sense for design, typography, colours, visual language and layout
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience with Wix Studio is an advantage – alternatively good knowledge of Webflow, so that the entry into Wix Studio should be easy for you
• Experience with Figma and/or Adobe XD is an advantage
• Basic understanding of responsive web design, UX/UI and digital user guidance
• Independent, clean and structured way of working
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
