To support the development of our rental activity, we are looking for a:

Coordinator and Manager of the Rental Fleet

Your mission

As the true conductor of our rental fleet, you ensure the coordination of operational, administrative, and commercial activities to guarantee quality service to our clients. On a daily basis, you:

• manage the entire rental process, from client request to invoicing
• advise clients and seek solutions tailored to their needs
• plan vehicle availability and optimise their utilisation rate
• coordinate maintenance, inspections, and technical monitoring of the fleet
• handle the administrative follow-up of claims and insurance files
• analyse costs, performance indicators, and the profitability of the activity
• collaborate closely with workshops, sales teams, and external partners

Your profile

Essential:

• Administrative, commercial, or technical training
• Excellent organisational skills and sense of priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills and marked customer orientation
• Autonomous, rigorous, and proactive personality
• Native French or German speaker with good knowledge of the other language
• Category B driving licence

Your additional assets:

• Experience in vehicle rental, fleet management, or the transport sector
• Technical knowledge in the commercial vehicle sector
• Category C driving licence
• Interest in cost analysis and performance indicators
• Knowledge of insurance processes and claims management
