These tasks will inspire you
- Providing written and telephone information in German and French to customers, employees and external suppliers
- Creating and processing internal and external cost estimates
- Administrative coordination and handling of external repairs
- Administrative and system-technical support for our mechanics
- Booking repairs in goods receipt as well as checking and storing customer returns
- Assisting in the spare parts warehouse
We look forward to this profile
- Completed commercial or technical training
- Experience in retail or a similar position is an advantage
- Confident oral and written communication in German and French
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite, ERP knowledge is a plus
- Communicative, team-oriented and service-minded personality

About us
LANDI Schweiz AG is a subsidiary of the fenaco cooperative and is responsible for the success of the LANDI stores throughout Switzerland. It manages assortment planning, brand positioning and sales promotion, coordinates new and renovation projects and trains the employees of the LANDI stores. At the same time, it takes over the entire logistics, from procurement through storage to order picking. The assortment includes garden, small animal, household, do-it-yourself, agricultural and leisure articles as well as beverages and pet food.
