Team Leader Outbound Logistics 80-100%
What you will do:
- Professional and personnel management of the outbound and freight forwarding team (approx. 6 employees) including ensuring timely and customer-oriented delivery of all shipments
- Responsible Known Consignor
- Development, implementation, and optimisation of packaging concepts as well as leadership and participation in packaging projects
- Responsibility for operational hazardous materials management in the logistics area
What you bring:
- Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification with several years of experience in freight forwarding and transport
- Fluent German skills and good English skills in spoken and written form
- Leadership experience as well as the ability to motivate and successfully develop teams
- Very good knowledge of packaging technology and packaging optimisation as well as experience as a Known Consignor
- Good SAP and MS Office skills, a structured way of working and ideally Lean experience
