You can contribute this role

• Lead a team of around ten employees, ensure balanced workload and specifically promote and challenge the employees
• Take responsibility for the professional planning "quantity, time, personnel and resources"
• Be responsible for the implementation, coordination, optimisation and control of shipping in the entire Army Pharmacy
• Actively support your own team in day-to-day business and ensure smooth warehouse processes
• Independently ensure proper warehouse management taking economic criteria into account (specialist inspections, safety audit, ISO audit)
• Participate in projects, operational trials and process optimisations as well as coordinate maintenance and servicing work

What makes you unique

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training
• Training as a logistics specialist or equivalent training with several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Several years of leadership experience with high social competence
• Customer- and solution-oriented working style, analytical and conceptual thinking
• Comprehensive MS Office, SAP and TMS knowledge, willingness to carry a service weapon
• Oral and written knowledge of a second official language
