Our family-run retirement and nursing home with around 80 employees offers elderly people a loving home in the heart of the Enge district of Zurich. To ensure our operation runs smoothly every day, we are looking for an organised, entrepreneurial-minded, and versatile individual who enjoys taking responsibility, actively helping out operationally, and keeping an eye on the bigger picture.

From 1 January 2027, we are seeking to support our team with a

Housekeeping Staff (80 - 100%)

Your tasks include:

• Responsibility for the professional cleaning of residents' rooms, offices, and public areas
• Supporting the Head of Hospitality in maintaining, implementing, and further developing quality and hygiene standards in the cleaning area
• Receiving and handling customer needs in the cleaning area
• Serving breakfast and tea on the wards
• Supporting company events
• Actively assisting in the laundry and public cafeteria during staff shortages

You bring with you:

• Training is desirable
• Work experience in healthcare is an advantage
• Good German language skills are desirable but not a requirement
