On behalf of a public administration, we are looking for a:
Senior Technical Collaborator Fr/Ger 80-100% Fixed-term Contract (M/F/D)
Responsibilities
- Independently process complex building permit files, from initial analysis to decision preparation
- Ensure the follow-up of administrative procedures and ensure projects comply with current legal and regulatory provisions
- Analyse objections, non-compliances, and particular situations requiring in-depth technical expertise.
- Conduct on-site inspections, establish technical reports, and propose appropriate measures.
- Evaluate the conformity of completed works and handle files related to commissioning or completion of works.
- Advise and support municipalities, agents, and institutional partners on technical and regulatory aspects related to construction.
- Participate in technical meetings, present files, and contribute to the preparation of decisions by competent authorities.
- Serve as a reference point in the follow-up of complex files and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal practices and processes.
Profile
- Holder of a EPF/HES Architect diploma, a Federal Diploma as Construction Site Manager (building) or a Federal VET Diploma as Architectural Draughtsperson
- Proven experience of at least:
- 2 years’ experience within a Swiss public administration
- 3 years’ experience in architecture, construction site management, or construction site supervision
- 2 years’ experience in processing building permit files
- Possess solid expertise in legislation concerning constructions outside building zones and associated procedures
- Be recognised for your ability to analyse, interpret, and check construction plans with precision and discernment
- Fluency in French (level C2) and good knowledge of German (minimum B1)
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and maintain quality relationships with various project partners
- Proficient with common IT tools, especially Microsoft 365; knowledge of SAP is an asset
- Show autonomy, rigour, and a strong sense of responsibility, while adopting a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
