ICT Systems Engineer 80-100 % (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the smooth operation and continuous optimisation of customer-specific ICT environments including cloud and on-premises systems.
Analysing technical issues and providing professional support to the engineering team in complex support cases and customer concerns.
Conducting customer consultations and technical on-site deployments as well as providing support remotely if required.
Independently leading and implementing IT infrastructure projects - from requirements gathering through solution planning to successful commissioning.
Developing technical architecture concepts, maintaining system documentation, further developing the service portfolio, and participating in presales activities.
Qualifications:
Completed training as an ICT specialist EFZ or a comparable technical qualification with several years of experience in the ICT field.
Solid practical experience in system engineering as well as in the administration of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and modern ICT infrastructures.
Good knowledge of network technologies, IT security, and the implementation of appropriate protective measures according to common security standards.
Experience in customer consulting, technical needs analysis, and development of suitable IT solutions; very good communication skills in German and English.
Strong service orientation, initiative, and sense of responsibility as well as an independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with enjoyment of direct customer contact.
Work location and residence: The position is not fully remote and requires on-site customer deployments. Residence in Switzerland, willingness to relocate to Switzerland, or work as a cross-border commuter is required.
