Customer Service Advisor Internal Sales Sanitary

Your Tasks

• Consulting and supporting business customers with their projects
• Preparation of quotations and processing of orders up to delivery
• Administrative and logistical handling of customer orders
• Close cooperation with field sales, exhibition, purchasing and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction
• Active participation in the further development of the department and customer retention

Your Strengths

• Commercial or technical training, ideally in the sanitary or building materials sector
• Professional experience in a similar role, preferably in the sanitary sector
• Strong communication skills, service orientation and team spirit
• Good knowledge of common MS Office programmes
• Organisational talent, reliable and responsive working style
• German and French language skills, spoken and written
