Polymechanic – As Training Manager
Activities
- Development and further advancement of training for polymechanics and production mechanics
- Creation and implementation of a future-oriented training concept
- Ensuring and continuous improvement of training quality
- Recruitment, supervision and promotion of apprentices and trial apprentices
- Close collaboration with management and specialist departments
Requirements
- Technical basic training as a polymechanic with a Federal VET Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in vocational education and enjoyment in working with apprentices
- Leadership skills as well as conceptual and structured working methods
- High quality standards and a team-oriented personality
- Further training as a vocational trainer is an advantage
