In this role, you will not only shape IT but also the future: You will drive digital transformation forward and develop our IT landscape in the areas of finance and asset management with foresight, vigour and creative ideas in a targeted manner.

Your impact with us

As a system architect in the troika of an agile release train, you take a holistic view and develop actionable solutions focused on SAP, which you convincingly represent at all levels. You drive the digitalisation and cloud transformation of the SAP landscape and integrate it seamlessly into the processes and systems of the Mobiliar Group.

At the same time, you further develop the strategic IT development plan and thus directly support the overarching goals of the Mobiliar Group. You create binding architectural principles and ensure that solutions are implemented securely, sustainably and economically.

In doing so, you bring together business units, development and operations and lead different interests to viable decisions. You recognise technological opportunities and risks early and derive clear recommendations from them.

Your profile

• Higher education and further training in computer science or similar
• Leadership and empathy to bring together different cultures and define and implement viable solutions
• Several years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide and highly integrated software architectures with SAP standard software products as well as experience in a programming language (preferably ABAP)
• Enthusiastic, responsible and team-oriented in achieving goals
• Strategic thinking and good communication and presentation skills
• Used to maintaining an overview even in a complex environment
• Fluent German and English as well as good French skills
