Your area of responsibility
- you actively shape nursing practice and contribute to ensuring that our patients are optimally cared for in complex nursing situations
- you accompany and empower employees in the
clinical everyday life based on current scientific findings and best practice, which you enjoy - through your presence in direct care, you support the teams and promote knowledge transfer
- you initiate and accompany projects, plan and lead internal training sessions and are committed to the further development of nursing quality
- your area of responsibility includes the development and updating of nursing standards and guidelines
- you are active in specialist groups and are part of the expert conference
Your competencies
- completed Master of Science in
Nursing or willingness to complete a corresponding
degree - professional experience in the acute sector and commitment to actively shaping nursing development
- close interprofessional collaboration, taking responsibility in demanding situations
- empathy and professionalism in dealing with patients
- leadership and communication skills
- shaping change processes and successfully networking
