To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as
Police Officer Regional Police 80–100 %
with the option to serve as a part-time police dog handler immediately or by arrangement.
Tasks
- Responsible for basic police services and first point of contact for the public
- Preventive and repressive tasks in criminal, traffic and security police areas
- Patrol service throughout the canton
- Pursuit and reporting of criminal acts and omissions
- Crime scene documentation, accident reports, manhunts, investigations
- Reporting
- Alarm interventions
- Counter service, information provision, advice
- If interested and suitable, part-time police dog handler for protection dogs
Requirements
- Federal specialist certificate Police Officer, SPI certificate
- Professional experience as a police officer
- Networked thinking and acting
- Strong social skills, confident and correct appearance
- Initiative, reliable and independent personality
- Optional: Training as a police dog handler or willingness to complete it
