Multimedia Production Specialist (80-100%)

About the job

Are you creative, passionate about digital communication, and have a love for sport? Then help shape Swiss sport from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

What you can achieve

• You conceive, produce and publish multimedia content for our digital channels with a focus on video, photo and audio.
• You plan and implement content around the Swiss Olympic Team at international major sporting events and for other projects and events of Swiss Olympic.
• You contribute to the further development of Swiss Olympic’s visual and audiovisual communication.
• You analyse the performance of our content and derive optimisation measures. You bring in new ideas, trends and technologies in the field of content creation and social media.
• You ensure high quality in the production and preparation of our multimedia content.
• You work closely with the communication specialists and coordinate projects with associations, athletes and other stakeholders.

What you bring

• Completed training or further education in multimedia production, interactive media design, communication or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in the conception and production of video, photo and social media content.
• Very good skills in the production and editing of video and photo content as well as in motion design.
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects (alternatively DaVinci Resolve) as well as Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Creative, digital and communicative personality with an independent, proactive working style and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Willingness to work flexibly, especially in the evenings and at weekends, and ideally possession of a category B driving licence.
• Knowledge of the Swiss sports system is an advantage.
• Fluent knowledge of one of the four national languages as well as very good proficiency in German and French.
