Payroll Specialist 80 - 100% (m/f/d)
Job Description- Responsibility for timely and accurate payroll processing including expense payments
- Contact person for employees and supervisors regarding questions about salary, social insurance, withholding tax and time recording
- Independent handling and coordination of social insurances as well as contact with internal and external bodies
- Preparation of annual payroll statements including salary certificates, AHV and pension fund accounts as well as account reconciliations
- Maintenance and further development of the payroll system as well as implementation of annual salary adjustments
- Calculation of salary offers for future employees
- Participation in cross-departmental projects and support in optimising internal processes
- Commercial basic training or a comparable qualification
- Completed further training in payroll, social insurance or a comparable further education
- Several years of professional experience in payroll processing as well as sound knowledge in social insurance
- Independent, structured and precise working style as well as a high service orientation
- Ideally experience with Infoniqa and a time recording system, preferably TimeTool
- Confident German language skills; very good French skills are an advantage
