Commitment is required - your tasks

• Together with your team colleagues, you are responsible for the administrative part of the Employee Lifecycle (on- to offboarding). If it fits and you already have experience, additional tasks from the areas of payroll, sickness and accident, recruitment and consulting can be added.
• Your tasks include, among other things, checking work and residence permits, recording upcoming retirements and service anniversaries, as well as the initial registration of employees in our IT system Abacus.
• You are regularly in written and telephone contact with managers and employees and advise them on operational processes.
• We want to develop further - bring in your know-how and experience and actively support us in the change process!

• You ideally complement your commercial training with further education at the specialist certificate level or with corresponding practical experience in the field of human resources or social insurance.
