Using selected Swiss ingredients, artisanal skill and great passion, we produce the famous Eigerspitzli, chocolate bars, pralines and desserts for our numerous catering establishments and guests from all over the world.

Pastry Chef - Confectioner

• Collaboration in the confectionery team with heart and commitment, team spirit and an eye for detail.
• Production of homemade products for all sales outlets of Jungfrau Gastronomie AG and for third-party customers, including compliance with HACCP guidelines and internal quality standards.
• Packaging & presentation of our confectionery products: You assist in carefully packaging our homemade chocolate and confectionery specialties and ensure that they are attractively and according to our quality standards prepared for sale.
• Co-responsibility for ordering and inventory management, sustainable purchasing via digital platforms, control and maintenance of target stocks as well as correct storage of in-house convenience products.
• Active participation in the creation of creative offers: You contribute ideas on food trends and support the further development of our confectionery range.

• Broad expertise in confectionery and a strong affinity for combining quality and culinary creativity even with large volumes.
• Experience and expertise in confectionery, independent and careful working style as well as willingness to continuously develop your own practice.
• Strong language skills in German spoken and written; English skills are an advantage.
