Draftsperson EFZ Specialising in Architecture

We are an experienced architectural firm in 5103 Möriken AG and have been realising diverse projects in the field of building construction since 1990.

We plan and realise comprehensive developments with single-family houses, semi-detached houses and terraced houses.

We also support clients who wish to realise an individual project – whether it is a new build, a conversion or an extension.

In doing so, we accompany our clients from the initial planning through the execution phase to the handover of keys. We place particular emphasis on architectural quality, well-thought-out layouts, efficient use of building land and functional solutions.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Draftsperson EFZ specialising in Architecture

Your Tasks

• Creating building application, execution and detail plans for diverse building construction projects using the drawing software Autodesk Revit (2D/3D)
  
• Assisting with site and terrain surveys
  
• Preparing building applications with the associated documents
  
• Clarifications and procurement of documents from utilities, authorities and specialist offices
  
• Participation and involvement in client meetings
  
• Collaboration with site management and support in project processing
  
• Support in the planning and implementation of new builds, conversions and extensions
  
• Contributing to the development of functional and aesthetically appealing solutions

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Draftsperson EFZ specialising in Architecture
• Good knowledge of Autodesk Revit (2D/3D)
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• Commitment, initiative and enthusiasm for new challenges
• Enjoyment of teamwork
