The therapy offering is aimed at older adults in life crises with depression, anxiety disorders, neurodegenerative diseases ranging from mild to moderate demential illnesses, as well as somatic accompanying and underlying conditions. After careful diagnostic assessment, we offer therapeutic options from low-threshold support to psychiatric/psychotherapeutic settings. The therapy spectrum also includes, in addition to occupational and physiotherapy, complementary medical offerings as well as psychosocial tasks. Our patients are cared for in close collaboration with the case therapist within the key worker system. The atmosphere on the ward is characterised by a respectful basic attitude and the careful nurturing of interpersonal relationships.
Your tasks
- responsibility for the development of nursing and review of nursing quality on the ward
- individual care and support of patients and contact with relatives within the framework of key worker work and in consultation with the core team
- participation in specialist working groups and projects
- ensuring cooperative interdisciplinary collaboration
- leading and co-leading psychotherapeutic group sessions and reports
- coordination and planning of treatment within the interprofessional team
- supporting patients in crisis situations
As we work with permanent night shifts, you will primarily be deployed in a two-shift system (early and late shifts).
Your profile
For this exciting role, you bring a nursing qualification at HF / FH level and professional experience in psychiatric nursing. Ideally, you have a CAS in Gerontology or are willing to complete one. You are keen to work in a special area where customer orientation is lived. Variety and changing situations are a challenge for you and you enjoy them? In addition, you are an open, honest, communicative and present personality and are willing to continuously further your education and pass this knowledge on to the nursing team?
