- Provide remote support in both German and English languages.

Skills
- Completed IT education or equivalent work experience required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills and empathy in user interactions.

Your Tasks
- Receiving, analyzing, and resolving IT issues, questions, and change requests (by phone & in writing)
- Remote support in German and English
- Classification and forwarding of tickets to 2nd level support
- Interface between end user and technology – you translate needs clearly and solution-oriented
- Responsibility for high user happiness and a consistently positive service experience
What you bring
- Completed training in computer science or equivalent professional experience
- Good knowledge of common Microsoft client operating systems and MS Office
- Confident handling of IT systems and joy in technology
- Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills in direct contact with users
- Experience in healthcare is an advantage
- Team player who lives and wants to further develop service excellence
