Responsibilities:
Managing existing suppliers and developing additional procurement sources
Processing orders and checking material requirements
Negotiating prices, terms and delivery agreements
Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring material availability
Evaluating supplier performance based on defined criteria
Maintaining purchasing data, item information and conditions
Coordinating assortment planning with the responsible product managers
Analysing procurement markets and evaluating relevant purchasing key figures
Qualifications:
Further training as a purchasing specialist with a federal certificate
Several years of experience in purchasing at an electrotechnical SME is an advantage
Knowledge of strategic procurement and operational order processing
Confident handling of ERP systems, ideally Opacc or SAP
Strong cost awareness and economic thinking
Independent, structured and systematic way of working
Negotiation skills and assertiveness in supplier contact
Fluent German and English skills
