Employee for Facility Maintenance 80-100% (fixed-term until 31.12.2027)
What you will achieve
- Maintenance and upkeep of building infrastructure, surroundings and green areas
- Carrying out repairs
- Performing painting work as well as touch-up and maintenance work on buildings and premises
- Organising and supporting resident moves and apartment handovers
- Managing, issuing and returning aids
- Preparing event rooms and providing the necessary technical infrastructure
- Ensuring proper and environmentally friendly disposal of materials
What distinguishes you
- Completed vocational training in a craft profession as well as mandatory professional experience in painting work
- Manual dexterity, strong technical understanding and a practical, solution-oriented working style
- Physical resilience, flexibility and high commitment
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people as well as a strong service orientation
- Discreet, diplomatic and reliable personality
- Good oral and written German skills as well as good PC user skills
