Exciting tasks

• Initial telephone consultation of customers and telephone service
• Receipt, coordination and billing of service orders
• Coordination and maintenance of administrative processes
• Administrative support for the department head and project managers

What you bring

• Technical training with commercial experience
• Experience in the installation sector is an advantage
• Experience in service business, customer service and order scheduling
• Good IT and MS Office skills Very good oral and written German skills
• Enjoyment in dealing with customers, employees and trainees
• Communicative personality with impeccable manners
