Technical Caretaker (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Maintaining and building continuous customer contact and first point of contact for professional and technical questions
• Ensuring the operational daily business in the area of technical and infrastructural building management in properties
• Carrying out maintenance and servicing work inside and outside the buildings
• Awarding, supervising and monitoring orders to internal and external service providers and suppliers while adhering to costs, deadlines and quality standards
• Performing maintenance and minor repairs as well as their complete documentation
• On-call duty readiness (first intervention)
• Direct contact with customers, subtenants and other contacts on site
• First point of contact for all matters concerning technical building management

Your Profile

• Completed training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ or technical or craft vocational training
• Several years of professional experience as a technical caretaker
• Solid technical basic knowledge in HVACSE (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical)
• Strong customer focus and service orientation
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Very good German skills as well as good user knowledge of MS Office
• Driving licence category B
