Dipl. Nurse as Vocational Trainer

Tasks

• Responsibility for training nursing students (HF/FH) and apprentices (FaGe) within an inpatient setting
• Conducting cooperative learning groups and contributing to the further development of education-related projects
• Active participation in and implementation of change processes and the further development of the offer, especially in the field of education
• Care and support of patients in the geriatric psychiatric setting
• Action in psychiatric and somatic emergency situations

Profile

• Nursing diploma HF/FH with completed pedagogical additional training (SVEB-1 or higher) with experience in psychiatric or a related setting
• Strong interest in interdisciplinary teamwork
• High professional and social competence as well as good communication skills
• For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required

• Self-planning in close cooperation with the ward management, aligned with the needs of learners and students in a 2-shift operation
• Close cooperation with the ward management, training supervisors, nursing team and the wider interdisciplinary team
• Needs-based internal and external further education and training
• Day nursery in the immediate vicinity of the workplace
• If interested, the vocational training position can be combined with another position at ipw
