About the job
We are an established and versatile company in the aviation and service industry, currently repositioning ourselves with a future-oriented approach. To strengthen our dedicated team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a customer-oriented, flexible, and assertive individual as Sales Staff.
In this exciting interface role (reporting directly to the CCO), you are the face and voice for our discerning customers (owners, market clients, and brokers) and coordinate the smooth execution of our flight orders in close collaboration with dispatch and crews.
Your main tasks at CAT:
- Comprehensive advice to customers (owners, market clients, brokers).
- Finding optimal flight solutions and preparing offers considering profitability and available aircraft.
- Expansion and maintenance of our CRM system in cooperation with the CCO as well as building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Complete organisation of flight orders including negotiation and booking of ground services (handling, limousine service, hotel, etc.).
- Careful billing and administrative follow-up or recalculation of flight orders (including subcharter).
- Ongoing updating of process documentation and active contribution to process optimisation.
- Occasional assumption of project and team tasks.
If you enjoy acting dynamically, want to help shape the development of our department, keep a cool head even in busy phases, see flexibility as an opportunity for exciting experiences (including occasional travel), and start the day with a positive attitude and fresh energy, you are a perfect fit for us.
Our desired profile:
- Solid basic training, ideally in the service industry or luxury segment.
- Expertise and practical experience in charter sales or aviation (or related sectors) are a great advantage.
- Very good oral and written expression in German and English; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite and enthusiasm for optimising existing or new systems.
- Strong service mentality, excellent handling of demanding and exclusive clientele, and enjoyment of active sales.
An exciting and responsible area of work in a fascinating aviation environment as well as an appreciative, collegial team are already looking forward to your support. We look forward to receiving your application documents!
