Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer
Your Tasks
- Building, automating and further developing modern infrastructure platforms
- Design and implementation of Infrastructure-as-Code solutions (IaC)
- Development and optimisation of CI/CD pipelines
- Automation of build, test and deployment processes
- Operation and monitoring of backend, frontend and platform services
- Implementation and integration of APIs as well as event-driven architectures
- Responsibility for test design, test planning and test execution
- Conducting smoke, integration, regression, security, load and stress tests
- Development and implementation of logging, monitoring and observability concepts
- Analysis and optimisation of performance, availability and security
- Collaboration with development teams in the DevOps and DevSecOps environment
Your Profile
- Several years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer or in a comparable role
- Solid knowledge of Python, Bash/Shell, PowerShell or Ansible
- Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation or comparable IaC tools
- Very good knowledge of Git, Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins or comparable solutions
- Know-how in microservice architectures, API management and system integration
- Experience in operating and monitoring complex IT landscapes
- Very good German and English skills
- Experience with Apache Kafka or event-driven architectures
- Knowledge of DevSecOps and security testing
- Experience with test automation (e.g. Selenium, JUnit, TestNG)
- Knowledge of UML or ArchiMateExperience with Scrum, Kanban or SAFe
- Jira and Confluence knowledge
- Experience with open-source technologies and modern cloud platforms
