ICT Operational Support Digital Workplace 50% (m/f/d) | Bern

For an exciting, company-wide IMW rollout in the workplace environment, we are looking for a technically savvy and communicative personality who excels both in 2nd level support and in coordination and organisation.

Tasks:
• Support of 2nd level support for the IMW workplace
• Processing and coordination of support tickets
• On-site support during the rollout in the extended IT lounge
• Accompanying and supporting employees during device changes and workplace changes
• Assistance with initial inspections and identification of technical issues
• Coordination between workplace support, engineering and service desk
• Interface to engineering on KVP topics and continuous improvement of processes
• Support in lifecycle and rollout management (planning, communication, commissioning)
• Commissioning and follow-up of activities
• Participation in the further development and optimisation of rollout processes

Experience:
• Experience in IT workplace / desktop support, ideally in 2nd level
• Technical understanding and corresponding training or practical experience in the IT environment
• Affinity for Windows 11 and modern workplace technologies
• Experience with device changes, rollouts or lifecycle topics is an advantage
• Enjoyment of a role that equally combines support and coordination
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Communicative and service-oriented personality
• Confident manner in dealing with different stakeholders
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German
• French at least conversational level; English skills are also possible or advantageous
• Willingness to work approximately 80% on-site in Bern
• Experience in 2nd level support of workplace solutions.
• Experience with device changes, workplace rollouts or tasks in client lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as Jira or BMC; training on the tools used is possible.
