Job Description

For our Digital IT Retail & CRM team, we are looking for our future intern for a period of 6 months starting February 2027. During this internship, your main mission will be to contribute to the development and improvement of digital solutions supporting customer relations and user experience.

In this context, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with the Product Owner, development teams as well as CRM and Retail business teams to gather and analyse user needs
• Participating in the formalisation of business requirements through writing user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria
• Taking part in discovery workshops, functional acceptance testing phases (UAT) as well as monitoring changes until their production deployment
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of digital products and participating in strategic CRM projects within an agile environment

Qualifications

• You hold or are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to digital, information systems, business analysis, management or equivalent
• You have a strong interest in digital, technologies and user experience, as well as excellent analytical and synthesis skills
• You are comfortable communicating and collaborating with various stakeholders, both business and technical
• Curious, proactive and with a good team spirit, any experience in business analysis, CRM, project management or user experience is an asset
• You are fluent in French and have at least a B2 level in English
