Job Description

For our Digital IT Brand team, we are looking for our future intern for a period of 6 months starting February 2027. During your internship, your main mission will be to contribute to the development and improvement of the digital experiences offered to our clients.

In this context, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with the Product Owner, development teams, web agencies as well as Marketing, Brand and Retail teams to identify, analyse and formalise business needs
• Contributing to the writing of user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria related to our websites and digital journeys
• Participating in discovery workshops, functional acceptance testing phases (UAT) as well as monitoring changes until their production deployment
• Contributing to strategic digital projects and the continuous improvement of our web platforms within an agile environment

Qualifications

• You hold or are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to digital, information systems, business analysis or management
• You have a strong interest in digital, web platforms and user experience, as well as solid analytical and synthesis skills
• You are comfortable communicating and collaborating with various stakeholders, both business and technical, in an international environment
• Curious, proactive and with a good team spirit, you enjoy learning, understanding user needs and contributing to finding concrete solutions
• You are fluent in French and have at least a B2 level in English
