What awaits you

• Administrative handling of job postings: recording, checking and publishing job advertisements on various job platforms
• Administration of applicant management and communication with applicants
• Implementation of the release change to the new Umantis version - from configuration and testing to go-live
• System responsibility for Umantis in recruiting: ensuring that the tool is always up to date, as well as support and training of users
• Collaboration in the development and further advancement of recruiting processes

What you bring with you

• Experience in recruiting or applicant management, preferably in a larger organisation
• Sound knowledge of applicant management systems (ideally Umantis) and experience with system implementations or releases
• High IT affinity and enjoyment in simplifying processes
• Service orientation and the ability to explain technical topics clearly
• Enjoyment of administrative tasks, a careful and reliable working style, as well as discretion in handling sensitive data
• Structured, independent working style and eagerness to grow with the role
