Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 100,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Architect for Planning & Execution (80-100%) to handle demanding architecture and building projects. You will accompany construction projects from planning through execution and detailed design to realisation and also participate in competitions and studies. A key focus is on the planning and constructive development of projects as well as 3D planning with ArchiCAD. The position offers the opportunity to accompany architectural projects over a large part of their lifecycle and to take on both creative and technical responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Participation in demanding architecture and building projects across various planning phases
Processing and further development of projects in planning, execution and detailed design
Creation of floor plans, sections, elevations and detail drawings
Planning, modelling and project work with ArchiCAD in 3D
Development of technically and architecturally convincing construction and detail solutions
Participation in architecture competitions, studies and concept developments
Coordination of planning with specialist planners, experts and other project participants
Integration of specialist planning from structural engineering and building services into architectural planning
Review and coordination of plan statuses, interfaces and execution details
Support of projects during the realisation phase and handling of planning issues
Assistance with approval, tendering and awarding processes
Qualifications:
Completed architecture studies at ETH, FH or university level or equivalent education
Several years of professional experience in architecture and building planning
Solid knowledge in planning, execution design and constructive detailing
Very good CAD skills, especially experience with ArchiCAD and 3D planning
Knowledge of Swiss SIA phases, standards and planning processes
Experience with architecture competitions and studies is an advantage
Very good German language skills spoken and written
