Main responsibilities:

As a lead auditor, you will conduct exciting audit engagements – in terms of expertise, quality, and deadlines. Special audits are also regularly required: capital increases and reductions, foundations, valuations, AML audits, etc. You lead the engagement teams including assistants and support their professional development and training on the job. You are a "doer", continuously monitor quality, costs, and deadlines, and act accordingly in a businesslike and entrepreneurial manner.

You meet the following requirements:

You have a solid education as a certified auditor (university/FH) – including RAB accreditation, which allows you to lead engagements as an authorised audit expert. You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the field, a strong understanding of numbers and quality, as well as initial experience in leading small teams. You are loyal, have good interpersonal skills, and decisively lead employees and assistants. You are proficient in German and English (spoken/written) as well as tools such as MS Office and audit software (ideally Revio).
