Attached to the Vaud Judicial Order, the four bankruptcy offices in the canton have the primary mission of administering and ensuring liquidation by bankruptcy.
To complete the existing team, the Bankruptcy Office of the Lausanne district, which employs nearly 20 collaborators, is looking for a Bailiff of a bankruptcy office.
Responsibilities
- Manage bankruptcy files
- Carry out operations related to conservatory measures, such as inventories, publication of the opening of bankruptcy, etc.
- Determine the active and passive estates (analysis of submissions and decisions necessary for file settlement)
- Interview bankrupt individuals
- Prepare and publish the lists of creditors
- Proceed with realisations and distribution of funds (sale, statement of costs, distribution table, allocation of funds, reports and publication of bankruptcy closure)
- Collaborate in managing real estate files, including examination of submissions, notices to tenants or farmers, and realisation operations

Qualifications
- Commercial employee CFC completed in a debt collection or bankruptcy office.
- General training certificate in enforcement or possibly holder of the OPF Apprentice test or significant experience in debt collection and bankruptcy with commitment to follow modules 1 and 3 of the certificate.
- Four years of professional experience in debt collection or bankruptcy.
- Sense of public service, very good stress resistance.
- Good organisation, initiative, speed, accuracy.
- Conflict management skills, assertiveness.
- Mastery of spelling and ease with common IT tools.
- Driving licence and availability of private vehicle desired.

As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to present an extract from the debt collection register and criminal record less than 3 months old.
