About the job
What you will do here
- Support the International Office of the HKB in maintaining the international partner network and coordinating mobility for students and staff
- Assist the HKB quality officer in conducting, evaluating and preparing teaching evaluations
- Support the Skills Hub manager in organising, conducting and communicating internal training events
- Prepare and conduct surveys in our software Evasys
- Support administrative matters and take on further tasks from the directorate staff
What you ideally bring with you
- EFZ commercial clerk or equivalent training
- A flair for numbers and statistics, experience in handling large amounts of data and sensitive information, knowledge of the Evasys programme and possibly statistical software
- Digital skills and motivation to familiarise yourself with digital tools
- Independent, precise and reliable personality with initiative, organisational flair and ability to work in a team
- Very good German and English skills as well as pronounced communication skills
