• After your induction, you will independently manage an existing customer base, which you will continuously expand
• You acquire new customers and inspire them with our high-quality products and services
• A modern sales technology designed to support you optimally (e.g. smartphone, CRM system)
• Regular team events in your region and training sessions that also strengthen your internal network
• Continuous support from your manager and our internal sales team - all just a phone call away

What distinguishes you

• Solid craft or commercial training, preferably with 3 years of sales experience
• Sales experience is an advantage - but not a must
• A communicative personality with an open demeanour and interest in our customers and products
• Persuasiveness and negotiation skills for continuous sales success
• Healthy ambition and persistence to achieve set and self-imposed goals
