Lead System Engineering (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the design, operation, and further development of the IT infrastructure
You manage Microsoft infrastructure, virtualisation, storage, backup, workplace, and VDI
You analyse and resolve complex technical faults and implement infrastructure changes and projects
You further develop standards, documentation, and technical solutions and support the engineers
You take on leadership and coordination tasks and contribute to architecture, lifecycle, and technology decisions
Qualifications:
You bring several years of experience as a System Engineer in demanding IT environments
You have broad expertise in Microsoft, cloud, virtualisation, storage, backup, workplace, and VDI
You are familiar with Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 as well as VMware and ideally Citrix
You have experience with design, operation, and troubleshooting of complex IT infrastructures as well as with leadership and coordination
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
