The Humanitas Foundation, as a company with a social mission, offers adults with special support needs housing, work, and leisure opportunities. With around 90 residential and over 120 workplaces, a wide range of living and working forms are offered; over 130 people support the clients in a differentiated and heartfelt way with the goal of the greatest possible quality of life, independence, and participation.

Our workshops are not a wellness oasis. Here, people work, live, laugh, and sometimes argue. People with support needs need someone who does not look away when things get difficult, who can improvise when Plan A fails, and who does not lose their sense of humor despite everything.
What awaits you here:
You shape the daily work life of our clients. Sometimes it runs smoothly, sometimes you improvise like a juggler with burning torches. You support creative work processes, personal care, appointments, and everything in between. Challenging behavior? Unpredictable situations? Nothing new to you.
The work is intense, sometimes chaotic, but rarely boring. And when you go home in the evening and think "That was a good day" – you mean it differently than people in an office.

- FaBe EFZ degree, Social Pedagogy HF
- Practical experience (preferably with the realization: theory is nice, practice is different)
- Clear communication – even when it gets uncomfortable
- Fear of contact? Not your thing. Care is part of it.
- Resilience – but without a superhero complex
- Empathy without pity. Professionalism without coldness.
- The conviction that all people have a right to participation
