For our ROSSMANN store in Biel, we are looking for a flexible, responsible, and motivated individual as deputy store manager with 100% immediately or by arrangement.

The employment contract is permanent.

• You actively assist on the sales floor and, with your positive attitude, are a role model for the entire team.
• You support the store manager with important tasks such as staff scheduling, achieving common goals, and implementing our concepts.
• In the absence of the store manager, you take full responsibility and independently manage the store with a confident touch.
• With your open manner, you competently advise our customers and create an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable.

• You have completed training in retail and ideally have some leadership experience.
• You are a committed and motivated individual who enjoys taking responsibility and developing a team further.
• You want to continuously develop personally and professionally and see new tasks as opportunities.
• You communicate confidently in German.
