Your Tasks
- You care with heart and professional competence: You accompany our residents holistically, individually and resource-oriented and contribute to maintaining and promoting their independence and quality of life.
- You take responsibility: You independently plan, coordinate, lead and evaluate the nursing process and ensure professional nursing according to current professional standards.
- You have an eye for the essentials: You recognise changes in health status, assess situations professionally and initiate the necessary measures.
- You ensure safety: You carry out treatment nursing and medical-technical activities professionally and ensure safe medication management and administration.
- You are an important contact person: You maintain a trusting relationship with our residents and their relatives and work closely with doctors and other professionals.
- You help shape: You actively contribute to the further development of our nursing quality, question existing processes and help to implement lean management meaningfully in everyday nursing.
- You are a team player: You share your knowledge, support your colleagues and contribute with your positive attitude to a strong togetherness.
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH
- Responsible, resilient and reflective personality
- High social competence, empathy and joy in working with people with complex care needs
- Team spirit as well as willingness to share knowledge and continuously develop
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
