To strengthen our 7-member HR Services team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed, solution- and service-oriented personality who enjoys taking initiative, assumes responsibility, and works with us in the role of:

Your Tasks
- Point of contact for administrative questions in the HR area
- Independent administrative handling of personnel processes (entries, exits, various employment changes, etc.)
- Preparation of entry and exit documents
- Managing and maintaining personnel files
- Preparation of interim and work references as well as work confirmations
- Participation in HR projects
Your Profile
- Commercial training with further education in human resources and at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role; ideally in a hospital environment and/or public administration
- Good MS Office and, if possible, SAP-HCM user knowledge
- Solution- and customer-oriented mindset
- A pronounced quality awareness applied in daily work
- Team-oriented with an independent working style
- Confident German language skills
