About the job

Your Tasks

• Technical advice and support for heating and electrical installers, planners, and end customers
• Sales of products and accessories from alpha innotec
• Preparation of offers and order confirmations
• Creation and dispatch of order dossiers to installation partners
• Support of the field service in technical and sales matters
• Conceptual clarifications for customer service, providing technical support from device delivery until the end of the warranty period
• Development of the basis for creating customer-specific system schematics by product management
• Close cooperation with the head of internal sales and customer service
• Handling complaints, returns and credit notes as well as maintaining customer data in SAP
• Participation in projects

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in building technology, e.g. as a building technology planner, heating or electrical installer, or comparable qualification
• Sound expertise in heating and hydraulic technology
• Experience in electrical engineering as well as with heat pumps
• Professional experience in internal sales or customer support
• Commercial further education (e.g. commercial school or technical business administrator) is an advantage
• Good IT skills (MS Office, SAP, ideally Dynamics 365 and SharePoint)
• Organisational talent as well as a structured, systematic and analytical way of working
• Strong communication skills
• Independent, reliable and customer-oriented working style with team spirit and high punctuality
• Language skills in French and Italian are an advantage
