About the job
Located in a preferred spot in Männedorf with views over Lake Zurich and the mountains, Hotel Boldern offers 59 single and double rooms, as well as 9 seminar and group rooms. A dining area with restaurant, garden room, bistro, terrace and bar complete the offer.We are looking for reinforcement for our kitchen team immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks:
- Professional preparation of meals for seminar, restaurant and banquet areas
- Preparation of staff meals
- Co-responsibility for workplace hygiene and proper storage
- Compliance with HACCP guidelines
Your profile:
- Training as Chef/Cook EFZ
- Careful and independent working style
- Team spirit, reliability and professional appearance
- Enthusiasm and service-oriented attitude
- Good knowledge of German
