Your Tasks
- You develop, implement, integrate, test, operate, and maintain IT solutions
- You install PCs, tablets, and mobile phones and integrate them into the network infrastructure
- You quickly recognize user needs and handle their concerns in 1st and 2nd level support
- You learn the setup of advanced ICT infrastructure components (server, network, firewall, etc.)
Your Profile
- You have completed compulsory schooling at secondary school level E or P (alternatively level A with good school performance; especially in mathematics and English)
- You are an alert, communicative, and reliable personality
- You enjoy technology and innovations
- You are willing to perform on-call duty from the second year of apprenticeship
- You have the opportunity to complete the vocational baccalaureate
- You are interested in technical contexts and like to work logically and solution-oriented
- You are motivated to learn and take responsibility in an exciting technical environment
