Microsoft 365 Consultant (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Comprehensive management of customer projects from initial consultation through technical design and implementation to ongoing development
Planning and administration of modern Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune environments including endpoint management and security
Design and implementation of AI solutions with Microsoft Copilot to optimise and digitalise existing business processes
Development of automations with Power Automate, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph API to increase efficiency and standardise workflows
Building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting pre-sales, consulting, and solution consulting
Qualifications:
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online
Experience with endpoint management, software packaging, device management, and modern workplace solutions
Knowledge in artificial intelligence, Microsoft Copilot, and AI integration into existing IT environments
Practical experience with PowerShell, Power Automate, and Microsoft Graph API as well as process automation
Strong skills in customer consulting, solution consulting, pre-sales, requirements analysis, and independent project implementation
