Order Coordinator (m/f/d)
Job Overview
As part of strengthening our Sales Service & Renovation department, we are looking for an Order Coordinator - Maintenance & Modernisation Contracts. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and following up on maintenance and modernisation offers, as well as the administrative and commercial management of orders after they have been awarded by the client, whether service contracts or modernisation projects.
What you will do
Customer Management
- Identification of the operator of newly commissioned facilities.
- Creation and updating of customer data in the CRM for operators of new facilities (end customers).
- Management and updating of installed base data (change of operator, client, building manager, etc.).
Contract Management
- Preparation of maintenance contract offers and follow-up on client reminders.
- Creation and processing of contracts following client approval.
- Document management and archiving of signed contracts in the CRM.
- Administration of contracts throughout their lifecycle (modifications, renewals and terminations).
Modernisation Order Management
- Preparation of modernisation offers in collaboration with the Service Account Manager and Service Project Manager.
- Follow-up on offers.
- Creation of modernisation orders in case of contract award.
- Verification of material availability and placing the order with the Service Project Manager.
What we require
- Commercial or technical-commercial training (e.g. Technical Sales Agent).
- Experience in the automatic doors sector is an advantage.
- Experience using CRM systems and proficiency with common IT tools.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and effective communication with clients and internal contacts.
- Customer service orientation and ability to conduct commercial discussions.
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Good command of German, both spoken and written.
